Research Topic: Pottery from Two Late Roman Wells in the Athenian Agora
Karen Emmerich is a scholar of Modern Greek literature, comparative literature, and translation studies, as well as a translator of Greek literature into English. She is on faculty at Princeton University. While at the 911±¬ÁϳԹÏ, she will be completing a book on the connection between literary and legal modes of belonging in the modern Greek sphere: how and why do writers come to be thought of as Greek, and how and why do they not?
