Pervious Concrete is a special type of concrete with a high porosity used for concrete flatwork applications allowing water from precipitation and other sources to pass directly through reducing run off and allowing groundwater recharge.
Pervious Concrete is made using large aggregates with little to no fine aggregates. Concrete paste then coats the aggregates allowing water pass through the concrete slab, as shown in this photo.....
Certified by the National Ready Mix Concrete Association, the NRMCA, as one of the few Certified Installers we are top in our field.
Pervious Concrete is an innovative building material with many Environmental, Economical and Structural Advantages. It is recognized as "Best Management Practice" by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (the EPA) for providing pollution control and storm water management as well as providing 20 to 40 years of service with little to no maintenance.
The unique and innovative means to manage storm water are also accepted and qualify for LEED Green Building Rating Systems Credits.
